What a fun family!  This was a special gathering in the mountains for these guys before their oldest daughter marries.  They requested a nature shoot with mountains, lake, trees, really anything that didn’t resemble the flat lands of the midwest, where they are from… Well here you go guys, I think your shoot was special and here is a sneak peek to prove it!

We spent 2 glorious states in our old stomping grounds the entire state of California;<)  Keith had a meeting in San Fran and so we decided to plan a road trip.  who wouldn’t really?  Anywho, here is a super tiny sneak peek into our trip.  It was just so awesome spending time with old friends.  Some meeting the girls for the first time.  Totally special!  Humongous(as Raimee would say) thanks to all who hosted us.  I miss my girls in Cali!!!!

It is that time of year again… Family gatherings, summer in Durango… can’t ya feel the warmth.  LOVE It!

Meet Audrey and her lovely family.  BUT, don’t call her grandma.  Her daughter warned me it was a 4 letter word to her, and boy did I learn the hard way.  Wink Wink Audrey ;;<)

This family has deep roots in Durango.  The 4 siblings were raised up the mountain near DMR.  You probably recognize them.  Anyway, thanks guys for including me in your special gathering.  I love happy events and being near families.  Thanks to Sean and Leslie for organizing the whole thing and for allowing the use of their beautiful property as our backdrop.
