And, welcome Shawna from Bayfield High School…  Shawna was super fun for our models shoot at The Cider House, a beautiful little Western Colorado B&B nestled in Hermosa.  Thanks again Michelle for sharing your lovely apple orchard with us:<)

We caught some lovely natural lighting and had some fun with some off camera lights as well.  Thanks so much Shawna for modeling and I wish you the best in your Senior year!!!

Congratulations and welcome Katherine from Bayfield High School!!!  We had some fun in the apple orchards of the Cider House.  I truly LOVE this spot because it felt like genuine Colorado hospitality.  It is a perfect little B&B in the mountains.  Thanks so much Michelle for letting us visit your little slice of Western Colorado:<)

Katherine is a super sweet and well rounded young lady.  She lifeguards And is the drum major of the High School band.  How cool is that???  Thanks so much Kat for modeling and I trust you will have an awesome senior year!!!

YAY the shooting season begins and I couldn’t think of a finer family to kick it off with!  You may recognize Rachel and Alexandra from Durango but maybe not their littlest, Elizabeth, who was born after they moved.  Rachel was one of my very first family clients in Durango.  We became friends through photography, love that, and I was thrilled of course when she asked me for a shoot of her and her beautiful girls in their new hometown of Houston, Texas.  It was a super nice warm and sunny morning for a shoot that only Houston can provide this time of year:<)

 

Thanks so much Rachel, it was so great to see you guys again.  Your girls are lovely.  Can you pretty please move back? really…seriously…not kidding…
